Reconnect with your food.

We believe that you should know the people who grow your food. We want to give our local community the opportunity to connect with the food on their plates through a transparent supply chain from seed to vegetable.

Common Questions

What is a CSA?

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a system where consumers (often called “members” or “shareholders”) purchase a share of a farm’s harvest in advance for a season. In return, they receive a portion of the farm’s fresh produce throughout the growing season.

The idea is to connect people more directly to their food sources, and it helps farmers by providing upfront capital to cover the costs of planting, growing, and harvesting crops. Members share both the risks and rewards of farming—if there’s a good harvest, they get a bounty of produce; if there’s a crop failure, they might get fewer veggies that week.

The CSA model is often seen as a way to support local, sustainable agriculture, promote seasonal eating, and foster a sense of community between farmers and consumers.

How does your CSA work?

SOLD OUT!! Sign up to our newsletter at the bottom of this page and be the first to hear when our Autumn/Winter 2025 CSA goes live.

We are referring to our model as a 'Hybrid CSA' as it falls somewhere between a weekly veg box system and a traditional CSA.

Our Summer CSA is a 15 week scheme where you will receive 12 veg boxes within that period of time. You have 3 weeks where you can choose to not receive a box - you may be on holidays or have a backlog of produce you want to work through. It runs from the week of 19th May to the week of 25th August.

You can opt to collect your veg box from our farm on Friday or Saturday, or from our new collection point in Sprout Monkstown.

In addition to your veg box, you will also receive the following:

  • 10% off all purchases at our weekly farm shop on Belmont Demesne.
  • 10% off all future courses and CSA programmes.
  • A branded organic cotton tote bag with your first box.
  • Priority access to future events (think Summer lunches at the farm).
  • You can visit the farm whenever you like!

Our farm shop is open every Saturday and Sunday from 10am - 3pm. It is located beside the farm in the carpark of Belmont Demesne. The eircode is A63FX34. There is a full selection of vegetables grown on our farm, plus local eggs, honey and more!

Is your produce certified organic?

No, but we are growing using organic principles. All our seeds, composts and raw inputs are approved for use in organic systems.

What is regenerative farming?

Regenerative farming is a relatively new term and covers a large range of topics and processes. For us it's simply; we want to ensure that while growing food, we are giving more back to the soil then we are taking from it. This includes building permanent beds, practising no till methods and farming using organic principles and materials.

Inspired by the Seasons

We belive that allowing the seasons to dictate what's on your plate is the most interesting way to eat. We want to share that passion for seasonally inspired food with our local community.
